Bev Bechstein

Executive Director

Bev is from the Bowling Green area and has one son in Middle School and one son who is a MSBG alumnus.  Bev has more than 25 years in the education field. She holds several teaching licenses including Kindergarten, General Education 1-8 and Special Education K-12. She has a Master's degree in Education and holds a Principal's license and Administrative Specialist license in curriculum and instruction. Bev states, "As a parent and a professional educator, I appreciate the excellent education students receive at the Montessori School of Bowling Green. This type of educational setting is like no other I have experienced and thrives on mutual respect among students, parents and staff as well as the development of the whole child at his/her instructional level. I am thrilled and honored to be a part of this wonderful education environment."


Leigh Ann McKinney

Operations Director 


Leigh Ann has over twelve years of professional banking experience with Huntington National Bank. She most recently served as the Customer Service Team Leader. Her daughters both attend MSBG, one in Lower Elementary and one in Early Childhood. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She joined our MSBG team in 2012.

Julie has 30+ years experience as an administrative secretary.  Since her retirement at BGSU, she has worked part-time for two Convention and Visitor's Bureaus and spent time with her four grandchildren. Julie is working as the Administrative Assistant in the mornings at MSBG.

Sue DiBiasio

Educational Consultant

Sue taught at MSBG for 30 years and worked as the Director of Education at MSBG before her retirement at MSBG in the Spring of 2011. She continues to serve the school as a teacher trainer and education consultant. She also teaches Parent Talk classes at the school and in the community.
